MAHLE MPULSE is the customer magazine from MAHLE Aftermarket and reports on new products for the trading market, company news, innovations from the research and development sector, technical recommendations for the workshop, as well as exciting campaigns and stories.
We consider ourselves automotive enthusiasts and therefore it was an honor to shoot with Paul Bracq, the chief designer of the Mercedes-Benz SL Pagoda and many other venerable automotive classics, and his son Boris Bracq in their restoration workshop in Bordeaux. Luckily the advertising factor played a subordinate role and so we were able to produce a very emotional portrait which focused on their father-son relationship. The pure emotions were accompanied by nostalgic pictures from the workshop and aesthetic driving pictures through the wine landscape of the Aquitaine.
